Hudson New York: Hudson Hall

Hudson Hall is a casual and stylish drinking and dining destination in New York's iconic Hudson. Located in the space previously occupied by Hudson Cafeteria, Hudson Hall's playful interiors, designed by Studio Arne Quinze, in collaboration with Morgans' design team, are reminiscent of an Ivy League mess hall with long, wooden communal tables with rustic black finish, contrasting with red brick walls. Inspired by the atmosphere of a New England campus, Hudson Hall is a modern, collegiate mess hall that allows guests to craft their meal, through the selection of small plates created from premium sustainable-organic products, indigenous to the New York-Hudson Valley area. Dishes highlight a diverse melting pot of cultural references derived from relationships built with boutique farmers and immigrant growers who are providing unique products and ingredients that are seasonal in nature.
